What could be better than walking in the mountains and then relaxing in hot thermal baths! We will hike in the valley of Almopia with its lush vegetation on a trail with intense variations in elevation and vegetation. We will pass by the old villages of Almopia, here where the organized settlement of the area began in prehistoric times. We start at 8:00 am from Thessaloniki and after about 2 hours we will have reached Ano Loutraki. From the church of the village we start our tour, passing orchards, old houses, the old outpost to reach the waterfall of Kounoupitsa.

It is incredible to find something of such rare beauty, so close to civilization. The necessary break with the photos and we return to do our recovery in the hot baths!
