Introductory diving for beginners in Athens Claimed

Enjoy free hotel pickup service from Athens hotel with air-conditioned minivan and a 30 minute drive to the diving attractions. Once we arrive at the dive site, your experienced instructor will give you a brief briefing on what to expect and the few simple skills you need to know to dive safely such as mask cleaning, how to equalize your ears to water pressure , using the regulator and basic hand signals. Your instructor will also provide all the diving equipment you will use, which is very well maintained and nearly new

After the briefing, it’s time for the thrill. At no more than 20 feet (6 meters) deep in crystal clear warm water, you will discover what it is like to breathe underwater for the first time! The marine life you will marvel at consists of octopus, sea bass, sea bream and schools of a wide variety of Mediterranean fish and many tiny creatures. All beginners will dive in small groups of no more than six divers at a time, per instructor, so that individual attention is given to each of you. Also, all divers are DAN insured. Last but not least, our crew are equipped with GoPro’s and – if you wish – we will ensure that all your memories are recorded and given to you at the end of the dive – free of charge!

• Diving is not allowed 24 hours BEFORE the flight. All participants will be required to fill out a form regarding health information prior to diving. Some medical conditions (e.g. asthma, heart problems) require a doctor’s note in order to participate in a dive course.
