What makes this cooking class unique is that the Chef keeps the best secrets of the island’s recipes. He has adapted wood-fired ovens to revive ancient techniques, cooking much of his food low and slow, resulting in his creations melting in the mouth. Covering the old Rhodian classics in handmade ceramics by the locals.
One of his dishes is literally cooked overnight in a bread-sealed clay pot that dramatically hits the table before your eyes. Cost: 150 euros / person for 1-2 persons 120 euros / person for 3 persons and more children up to 16 years old 16% discount

11:00 Boarding hotel / venue (Private transfer) This unique experience starts by picking you up from the hotel in a comfortable air-conditioned vehicle (private transfer).
12.00 – 15:00 Cooking class Take a walk in the garden to collect your fresh ingredients, join and enjoy cooking preparations, practice some traditional techniques in bread and cooking. Enjoy the fruits of your labour over a 7-course meal in the restaurant’s courtyard
16.00 (approx.) Hotel / Break area (Private Transfer) Transfer back to the hotel at about 4 pm (private transfer).
The menu includes Rhodian classics such as Greek salad, added with the addition of candy leaves and homemade pickles, eggplant salad taken to the next level with tahini and yogurt, “Dolmades” prepared with grape leaves sourced from local vineyards, fresh pomegranate bread with Greek salt and local olive oil for extra flavor, infused with the aroma of local mint leaves, pistachio, myrtle and sage, goat with chickpeas, “cantaloupe”, a sophisticated dessert and ice cream with rosette served with cream, and pistachio.
