Rib Safari in the sea caves of Veneto Claimed

• We set off from the port of Ayokambos by inflatable boat – routing south – for a 15-mile (45 minutes or so) trip.
• We sail along beautiful bays and coasts east of the mountain ranges of Montenegro and N. Pelion.
• We will pass Asprovrachos, the beach of Mill Glimmeni, where there is the old talc mine, dive and discover the beach of diamonds, see the beach of 5 colours and observe the beach where the first form of agrotourism in Greece was set up in 1950 !
• Finally we will stop at the Caves of Veneto, accessible by sea, in a landscape of wild beauty abundant and untouched by human intervention. For only a few who dare to reach there and admire its dynamic creation.
• We will explore these inimitable works of nature by boat and snorkel in the Cave of Aegeus where, according to legend, the marriage of Peleus and Thetis, parents of Achilles, took place.
• At a distance of 1/2 mile we will enjoy swimming at the lonely beach of Flambourion Monastery where the path to Flambourion Monastery starts and where we will discover the natural “cooler” of the beach.
• On the way back, in the late afternoon, we will stop for coffee at Kamari and then return to the bus.
