SUP & Snorkeling in Kardamyli Claimed

The meeting point with your guide is at Fonea beach in Kardamyli. We will start with a short warm up and introduction to SUP and learn the basic paddling techniques, how to turn, how to stop, how to stand up and how to balance on your board. Starting at a slow pace, we will also practice our paddles in the water, stopping occasionally to enjoy the breathtaking scenery and take photos. The perspective from a Paddleboard is unique and gives us a different perspective of the seabed, where we can observe marine life and possibly a sea turtle swimming below us if we are lucky. Also, the view over the water is equally impressive. The beauty of the imposing cliffs of the coastline makes us feel like we have left the real world behind. Soon we’ll be exploring hidden beaches and coves with turquoise waters. We will explore sea caves and why not swim into them. For the very adventurous there is the option of diving into the water from high cliffs. At the halfway point we will make a leisurely stop to swim with a mask and snorkel. Time to discover the richness of the underwater world. A delicious picnic is planned for later where your guide will prepare for you.

Bring your own water bottle and bring your own water bottle:

• Bottle of water (1.5 litres per person)
• Hat
• T-shirt short or long sleeve
• Sunscreen
• Towel
• Swimsuit or shorts
• Change into dry clothes
• Beach shoes or flip-flops (Avoid bulky shoes, boots and socks)
• Personal medication if available
