Is it necessary to register?
In order to complete the booking, yes. If you just want to browse you are free to do so. However, registering ensures an optimal experience, such as being the recipient of special offers. When registering, you will need to provide contact information, consisting of an email address, username, password and contact phone number.

 

Is it necessary to pay online?
No it is not necessary, since the partner also accepts cash payment. Alternatively, you can make a partial payment online (advance payment) and pay in person. Payment methods:

My booking was cancelled by the company. How do I get my money back?
If your booking was cancelled by the company, a deposit will be made to the means you paid with as soon as possible (indicative circumstances that affect the refund are non-working days and hours, delayed clearance by the banks, etc.)

 

What are the cancellation policies?

  • Cancellation 72 hours prior to the start date of the agreed activity: Right to a 100% refund of the price
  • Cancellation between 24 to 72 hours before the start date of the agreed activity: 50% refund
  • Cancellation in the last 24 hours before the start of the agreed activity: No refunds
  • In case a deposit is required to book the activity, it is not subject to the above booking policy and is not refundable to the Client after the booking has been confirmed.
