PDO and PGI wines based on historical grape varieties, such as Roditis and Mavrodaphne, and new ones such as Black Kalavrythino have gained worldwide fame!

Our Wine Roads of Achaia & Helmos tour starts from Kalavryta, where we board the "Odontotos" of Vouraikos. With the historic train we follow a truly enchanting route through the beautiful Vouraikos Gorge, enjoying the impressive images that nature offers us. Arriving in Diakofto we depart by car to the wineries we will visit. A wine tour of history, local varieties, the production process and of course a tasting experience!
