Sea Kayak and tour of Porto Heli Claimed

Starting from the first two meters, you will see pine trees diving into the sea, a play of light and shadow with the sand and water, coloring the seabed pink and the sea water many varieties of blue and deep green. You will see countless coves, magnificent cottages, wonderful resorts, private beaches (the owner of one has famously imported white sand to sprinkle over the bay in front of the villa on the hillside), so paddling along this coastline will look heavenly.

On our route we will also see Hinitsa, a beautiful and untouched island, whose history dates back to antiquity. At that time it was called Alioussa and was mentioned already in the second century AD by Pausanias himself as a refuge for boats and fishermen of the region. It is reasonable to assume that it was involved in the construction and the process of making the Turkish purpura, which was famously made by the inhabitants of "Aliea", a settlement that was formerly located in Porto Heli and which flourished in the centuries before the coming of Christ. Hinitsa also appears in history along with the Slavic invasions in the sixth century AD, and was used as a naval station during the Byzantine Emperor Constantius II's fleet's march to Sicily. Today Hinitsa is a small island that you can visit if you have a boat and want to explore an uninhabited place. The waters are crystal clear but there are no organised beaches.

Along the route there are remains of the ancient walled harbour and the sunken colonnade of the temple of Apollo that are still visible in the shallow water.

On the way back we will stop at a beach and surrounded by lush green and crystal clear waters that offer tranquility and relaxation, we will swim, rest and enjoy a meal with local, organic products.
