1. Traounou Bay
The bay of Traounou highlights its fascinating cave with fine pebbles and clear turquoise waters. The impressive cave and the deep blue sea give the whole place a unique and magical atmosphere.
2. Ladikos Bay
It is an enchanting natural swimming pool with swallows (up to 4 meters), surrounded by sand, small pebbles, picturesque rocks and many trees, some of which reach the sea.
3. Anthony Quinn's Bay
Next stop is one of the most beautiful beaches of the island, the small bay of Anthony Quinn with its crystal clear waters and rocky surroundings. The filming of the movie "The Guns of Navarone" made this beach world famous, named after the actor in the movie Anthony Quinn. While snorkeling, you will be able to admire a natural aquarium full of fish. Lunch time has arrived. Enjoy it in Anthony Quinn Bay.
4. Stay longer at Anthony Quinn Bay or visit Kallithea Bay
Most of the time visitors are so attracted by the stunning beauty of Anthony Quinn Bay that they prefer to stay longer rather than visit one last bay. If that's not the case with your small group, you have one more stop: Kallithea Bay! Known since ancient times for their healing properties, the Kallithea hot springs were exploited by the Italians in the early 20th century (they are no longer in operation). There are many, small, organized beaches here, scattered around the impressive cliffs of the Gulf of Kallithea. Discover the magical bottom of the bay. It is an ideal place for diving and snorkelling as there is an abundance of marine life, with an amazing variety of fish in its emerald waters.
