The history of Greece is deeply influenced by wine. Wine is part of our cultural heritage, it is closely linked to our history and arts, our roots, our customs and traditions.
Program
Day 1: After your arrival the bus will take you to Edessa, the famous city of the Cataracts (location). Prepare your bike and explore the city of Edessa. Accommodation.
Day 2: We recommend you to have breakfast in the hotel's courtyard with a stunning view and taste traditional products.
Route: Edessa -> Naoussa. It starts from the hotel and heads towards the town of Naoussa.We will visit the wineries of Kir-Yiannis and Dalamaras.
Varieties of wines: Xinomavro, Negoska,
Day 3: After breakfast departure for the city of Giannitsa.
Route: Giannitsa -> Goumenissa It starts from the city of Giannitsa and heads towards the traditional town of Goumenissa. We will visit the wineries of Aidarini and Chatzivaritis. In our free time, we will visit Pozar thermal baths for relaxation.

Day 4: Edessa -> Amyndeon route It starts from the hotel and heads towards the town of Amyndeon. Along the route we will pass around the Lake Vegoritida and we will have the opportunity to watch rare birds. We will visit the winery of Ktima Alpha Estate.
Wine Varieties: Roditis, Chardonnay Sauvignon Blanc, Gewurztraminer
After lunch, we headed to the city of Thessaloniki.
Day 5: Agathoupolis route -> Ganochora starts from the small seaside village of Agathoupolis and crosses the areas at the foot of Mount Olympus where the 12 gods lived. We will visit the wineries Chrysostomos and Karasimos.
Varieties of wines: Lemnos, Malagouzia, Syrah
Day 6: Route: It starts from the Kechri winery, crosses the coastal road of Thessaloniki and ends at the Gerovassiliou winery.
Varieties of wines: Assyrtiko, Malagasy, Viognier
Day 7: Free day in the city of Thessaloniki. Preparation of bicycles and departure to the airport.
