Rafting on the Acheloos
Acheloos is the second longest river in Greece and the richest in water! It originates from the Pindos mountain range and after a beautiful 220 km route, it flows into the Ionian Sea...
A Rafting route with passages of 2nd - 3rd degree of difficulty, which starts at the dam of Mesochora and ends at the village of Terpna.
The scenery is magnificent! We meet aerial bridges forgotten in time, hidden passages and crystal clear blue waters, in a beautiful environment with forests that reach the banks of the river.
On the route we will meet:
1) the Mesochora dam
2) the Athamanian Mountains
3) impressive 2nd-3rd degree passes
