is extensively inscribed and is suitable for all kinds of excursions. In the Mountain Bike program in the Parnassos Fir Forest we get on our bikes and enjoy this unique environment!

Starting from Livadi Parnassos, we hike on gentle paths and dirt roads in the heart of the National Park. During our cycling route we also have the opportunity to see the unknown cave basalt "Eptastomo". The impressive basalt is located near Kalania at an altitude of 1,300 m. The cave with seven orifices hosts in its interior the southernmost glacier in Europe and its temperature does not exceed 0° C. Come and discover the unknown treasures of the beloved Parnassus!

The total distance we cover is 8-10 kilometres, with an altitude difference of 100 metres.
