1st freediver level

The program is conducted in 3 stages:

The development of knowledge through the electronic platform or through classroom teaching
static and dynamic apnea techniques, couple techniques.

To earn the certification you must do static apnea 90 seconds and dynamic apnea 25 meters by the end of the course.

Open water modules to practice freediving with weights, no weights, pair techniques. The goal is to dive with weights to a minimum depth of 10 meters.
